In Short

• Lead human factors and ergonomics research across the product development lifecycle.
• Plan and execute studies including anthropometric analysis and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design and Hardware Engineering.
• Develop user research protocols and data collection strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights for hardware decisions.
• Contribute to design iterations and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Act as a human factors expert within the design team.
• This is a 6 month fix-term opportunity.
• Hybrid-remote role, requiring in-office work at least half-time.

Requirements

• Experience in human factors research and ergonomics.
• Proficiency in usability testing methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop user research protocols.
• Experience in product design and validation processes.
