Moderate Writer Intern - Remote

Overview

The Moderate Writer Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks in the Core Content Department. This role focuses on writing political content including OpEds and Policy Proposals, ensuring diverse perspectives and civil debate.

• Write high-quality political content for ONC's website.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Political Science, Journalism, English, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing skills in English.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.
• Experience in policy research or political commentary preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Must attend mandatory meetings.
• Authorized to intern in the U.S.
