Group Controller - Group Reporting (m/w/x) - Remote

Overview

The Group Controller will be responsible for establishing a systematic and unified data foundation for Group Reporting and will support management reporting and analysis.

In Short

• Establish a system-based and unified data foundation for Group Reporting.
• Assist in reporting for management and board, creating meaningful reports for Group Controlling.
• Prepare variance and ad-hoc analyses as well as special reports on business development.
• Support planning and forecasting at the group level.
• Continuously develop the reporting system and support the introduction of new metrics.
• Build system-supported dashboards in collaboration with the BI & Reporting team.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Group Controlling, controlling, or consulting, ideally with a focus on reporting and data management.
• Solid knowledge in management reporting and development of reporting systems.
• Proficient in BI tools, ERP systems (SAP), and MS Excel.
• Experience with Corporate Performance Management Systems (OneStream, LucaNet, etc.) is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and affinity for data-driven decision-making.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
