We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our company from a remote setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Virtual Assistant.
  • Proficiency with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
