• Lead and optimize multi-channel paid marketing efforts for patient acquisition.
• Execute campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Monitor key metrics like CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Develop A/B tests to improve messaging and patient journey.
• Coordinate SEO strategy to drive traffic growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with goals.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships for performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles.
• Experience in developing and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Fluency in core marketing metrics and understanding of attribution models.
• Experience with analytics tools like Segment or Metabase.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
