Overview

This role involves assisting brokers with contracting, enrollments, and product inquiries while providing dedicated support to the Broker Service Department.

In Short

• Assist brokers with contracting and certification processes.
• Handle enrollments and product inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Health insurance related experience (2-3 years).
• Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License (must license within 6 months).
• Ability to travel for broker meetings.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage preferred.
• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment.
