Sales Support Representative - Existing Business - Remote

Overview

The Sales Support Representative will assist brokers with the contracting and certification process, enrollments, and address specific product questions while managing escalated issues.

• Travel to broker meetings may be required (up to 25%).
• 2-3 years of health insurance experience is required.
• Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in health insurance.
• Experience supporting brokers is essential.
• Must obtain Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License within 6 months if not licensed at hire.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage is preferred.
• Must live in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
