Overview

The Lead Director, Trade Relations is responsible for shaping and executing contracting and vendor management strategies that drive the US distribution of Cordavis products.

In Short

  • Oversee wholesaler and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for Wholesalers and 3PL.
  • Manage Wholesaler SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Resolve product availability issues at Wholesalers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in contracting processes.
  • Build strong relationships to advance distribution objectives.
  • 10+ years total related work experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • MBA preferred.

Requirements

  • 8 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare.
  • Successful experience in business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting to executive level audiences.
