Overview

As a Customer Service Representative in the Behavioral Health team at CVS Health, you will provide advocate care to assist members with their health needs and claims understanding, while educating them on available resources.

In Short

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM EST.
  • Engage with members to understand and meet their health needs.
  • Review member claim history for accuracy.
  • Educate members on their benefits and rights.
  • First six weeks involve training from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST.
  • Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Technical requirements for home internet service must be met.
  • Opportunity for bonuses and commissions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred background in Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance.
  • Experience working in a remote role.
