Overview

As a Clinical Analyst Outreach Coordinator at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in closing care gaps and supporting healthcare providers in the HEDIS® process.

In Short

• Utilize tools to close care gaps throughout the year.

Requirements

• 3 years of recent healthcare experience.
• RN or LPN preferred.
• Experience with HEDIS® is a plus.
• Clinical and/or managed care experience.
