Manager, Provider Process Design - Remote

Overview

Oscar is hiring a Manager, Provider Process Design to join our Network Operations team, focusing on solving business problems related to internal processes.

In Short

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve business process issues.
• Identify critical business processes and define requirements.
• Process mapping and assessing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop new or reengineer existing processes.
• Support implementation of operational frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles for process engineering.
• Provide clear documentation of processes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years in provider operations in a payer setting.
• Strong understanding of NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements.
• 3+ years using data software (Google platforms, SQL, etc.).
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
• 3+ years in designing and improving workflows.
• 3+ years of cross-functional program ownership experience.
