Overview

Oscar is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team, focusing on serving our members with a technology-driven health insurance approach.

In Short

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data entry experience.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
