Overview

Join Oscar as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, where you will be part of a team focused on serving our members through a volume-driven customer service role.

In Short

  • Handle daily activities in a health insurance company.
  • Work with members, brokers, and providers.
  • Manage assigned caseload and maintain service delivery.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Comply with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Must reside in Florida.
  • Full-time shift options available, Monday through Friday.
  • Pay rate set at $19.00 per hour.
  • Eligible for employee benefits and vacation accrual.
  • Report to the Concierge Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused setting.
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills.
  • Experience with data entry and manipulation.
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
