Overview

Oscar is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team, focusing on serving our members through a volume-driven customer service approach.

In Short

  • Handle daily activities involved in running a health insurance company.
  • Report to the Concierge Operations Manager.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm CST.
  • Develop understanding of Oscar's processes and procedures.
  • Manage a caseload and maintain service delivery standards.
  • Support leadership by identifying issues.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Comply with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
  • Eligible for employee benefits and vacation accrual.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-focused setting.
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
