Oscar is hiring an Associate, Regulatory Affairs to manage critical workflows in the Independent Dispute Resolution process, ensuring compliance and supporting the Regulatory Affairs function.

• Manage Independent Dispute Resolution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of legal or regulatory experience.
• 2+ years working with political and legislative processes.
• Experience with insurance claims and regulatory complaints.
• Familiarity with legislative tracking software and Google Workspace.
