Overview

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate at 3M will support regulatory compliance and product stewardship efforts, collaborating with global teams to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

In Short

• Support regulatory and product stewardship for Paint Finishing Systems.
• Lead regulatory compliance and Life Cycle Management for products.
• Interpret regulations and assess safety impacts on human health and the environment.
• Determine regulatory pathways for product changes.
• Communicate the impact of chemical regulations to business teams.
• Collaborate with global technical and business teams across regulated markets.
• Pursue continuing education in regulatory requirements and product responsibility.
• May require up to 10% travel domestically or internationally.
• Position is not authorized for relocation assistance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience in EHS& R, environmental sciences, or related fields.
• Experience with CDMS database.
• Master's degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Certificate in Toxicology or EHS program is a plus.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
