Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive execution and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with customer success and sales tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Data-driven approach to guide strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Core working hours in PT - ET time zones.
