Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Project Manager you will work as a part of our professional service team to drive all aspects of a client implementation project from inception to deployment. This may include supporting our insurance Claims, Billing and Policy or RMIS, GRC, EHS, and/or Healthcare products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all projects are completed on-time and on-budget, interfacing with client stakeholders, internal Origami teams and outsourced vendors.

In Short

• Creates and maintains all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit.
• Identifies and manages potential scope creep / out-of-scope.
• Works with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project.
• Works with Technical Consultant to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member.
• Maintains implementation related data in Salesforce.
• Assists team with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external.
• Prepares and presents applicable client / project status reports.
• Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities.
• Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field.
• 3+ years of previous technical project management experience for Project Manager.
• 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience for Senior Project Manager.
• 10+ years of previous technical project management experience for Program Manager.
• Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required.
• Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and execute against strategic roadmaps required.
• Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred.
• JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
