In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-sell strategies.

  • Independently manage new business accounts with >1000 employees.
  • Learn and articulate the value proposition of Orgvue.
  • Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Develop territory plans and manage weekly activities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to clients.
  • Occasional travel to prospects and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales within a high-growth business.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Familiarity with organizational design and transformation.
  • Deep relationships with leaders in relevant fields.
  • Self-starter with motivation for results-driven performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clari.
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new business concepts.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
