Overview

The Associate Director Market Access Insights & Planning will support the Organon US Market Access and Account Management team by evaluating contract portfolio performance and providing insights for optimization based on market access trends.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical market access contracting.
• Strong analytical skills and collaborative focus.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• In-depth understanding of secondary data sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Preferred: MBA degree and experience in account management.
• Broad understanding of US Healthcare contracting environment.
• Experience with pricing and reimbursement.
