Overview

The Senior Specialist in Medical Affairs Strategic Operations will support the Strategic Operations team by managing various processes related to non-interventional studies, publications, and grants.

In Short

• Manage the Non-registrational Study Approval Process (NORSAP).
• Engage with stakeholders for submission completeness.
• Oversee Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS’s).
• Facilitate Independent Medical Education grants review.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical concepts and policies.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and internal standards.
• Manage contracting and payment processes.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field.
• Experience in Pharma or similar operations support.
• Preferred experience with Investigator Initiated Study Management.
• Preferred experience in Independent Medical Education.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
