Overview

The Executive Director for Clinical Research in Dermatology at Organon will lead clinical strategy for dermatology products, ensuring collaboration across functions and representing the US at global committees.

Requirements

  • Experience in dermatology and drug development.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • 1-5 years of clinical research experience.
  • Board Certification in Dermatology preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
