The National Director of Field Medical Affairs will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) organization, responsible for building and evolving the MSL function and ensuring effective execution of medical strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD).
• 8+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs.
• 3+ years managing field-based MSL teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of US pharma regulations.
• Experience in team management and performance tracking.
• Experience with KOLs/HCPs relationship management.
