Overview

Oracle is undergoing remarkable changes with its ISV license business while it keeps growing double digits year over year. We are inviting driven sales people to join us to add more fuel to this growth engine.

In Short

  • Work a prime assigned territory that includes a wide range of ISVs.
  • Build, develop and maintain relationships with select ISVs.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key C-level stakeholders.
  • Create, drive and own account plans for the selected ISV.
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures.
  • Work closely with Oracle LOBs to understand industry trends.
  • Build, sell and execute the sale of Oracle Cloud & On Prem License products.
  • Participate in tracking and forecasting pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Be well-versed in technical pitches of Oracle Technology products.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships.
  • Experience in consultative sales within a matrix reporting structure.
  • Clear understanding of business and software opportunities.
  • Must have carried a direct sales quota with on-target achievement.
  • Strong sales engagement experience in major opportunities.
  • Effective negotiator with excellent communication skills.
  • Lead tracking and forecasting of territory pipeline.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic sales professionalism.
  • Excellent business development and planning skills.
  • Language skills: English.
