Overview

The Director of Business Development (Europe) at Ora will be responsible for the development and growth of target accounts, driving a sustainable pipeline, and managing complex negotiations to ensure business development goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in Business Development/Sales.
  • 5 years in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) sales.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Established client relationships with bio-pharm decision makers.
  • History of achieving sales targets.
  • High personal integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
