Overview

As a Senior HR Benefits Administrator, you will manage health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs across the Americas, working closely with global HR and Finance teams to meet business needs.

In Short

  • Implement and manage benefit program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global HR and Finance teams.
  • Manage vendor/TPA relationships.
  • Design and manage benefit plans.
  • Analyze benefit metrics and dashboards.
  • Benchmark benefit programs.
  • Communicate benefit programs effectively.
  • Handle tier 3 benefit escalations.
  • Focus on project management and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant benefits experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in global enterprise HR benefits administration.
  • Consultative interaction skills at all organization levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • CBP, CEBS certification preferred.
