Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience for larger companies.
  • Experience with payroll platforms like ADP and QuickBooks.
  • Payroll certification is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of payroll taxes and labor laws.
  • Expert knowledge of California and federal wage regulations.
  • Strong Excel skills and tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong customer service skills.
