We are seeking a motivated Senior Backend/DevOps Engineer to join our growing tech team. This role involves designing and maintaining scalable backend systems while contributing to DevOps practices and occasionally supporting frontend tasks.

In Short

Focus Areas: 60% backend development, 30% DevOps, 10% frontend tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Local Time).
Build, maintain, and evolve backend systems.
Collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams.
Document design choices for code and infrastructure.
Implement unit and integration tests.
Troubleshoot issues across environments.
Manage software releases using Git.
Stay current with industry trends.
Contribute to frontend development when needed.

Requirements

8+ years of experience with Node.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with AWS and infrastructure frameworks.
Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
Familiarity with Git.
Upper-Intermediate English level.
Ability to learn new tools efficiently.
