Overview

We are currently on the hunt for an energized, smart, well-organized, and motivated mid-level operations specialist to join our Ops Team as a City Manager / On-site Manager. The role will be to manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown and potentially regionally.

• Dynamic role involving various aspects of business operations.
• Responsible for creating and executing offline marketing campaigns.
• Onsite management of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Draft weekly rosters for Brand Ambassadors based on location analysis.
• Analyze distribution data using Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Continuous city mapping to identify optimal flyering locations.
• Manage inventory of campaign materials through the Oppizi platform.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and report daily to the Ops team.
• Hands-on position in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote work and onsite monitoring during campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in operations or marketing preferred.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
• Experience in team management.
• Willingness to work both onsite and remotely.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a laptop and cellphone with robust battery life.
• Acceptable of the 8-week contract terms.
