Marketing Events Coordinator / City Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an energized and motivated City Manager to oversee marketing operations, manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, and ensure the successful execution of offline marketing campaigns.

In Short

• Manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown Columbus.
• Onsite management of Brand Ambassadors (85-90% of the time).
• Draft weekly rosters based on location analysis.
• Analyze distribution data using Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Map the city for optimal flyering locations.
• Manage inventory of campaign materials.
• Ensure operations run according to standards.
• Work both onsite and remotely.
• Contract role with potential for renewal or full-time offer.
• Expected start date: June 30th/July 7th.

Requirements

• Experience in operations or marketing management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for onsite and remote work.
• Must have a laptop and cellphone.
• Acceptable terms for a 4-week contract.
