Marketing Events Coordinator / City Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently on the hunt for an energized, smart, well-organized, and motivated mid-level operations specialist to join our Ops Team as a City Manager / On-site Manager. The role will be to manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown and potentially regionally.

In Short

• Manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown and regionally.
• Onsite management of Brand Ambassadors.
• Draft weekly rosters for Brand Ambassadors.
• Analyze distribution data with Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Map the city for effective flyering distribution.
• Track campaign materials through the Oppizi platform.
• Ensure operations meet company standards.
• Daily reporting to the Ops team.
• Work both onsite and remotely.
• Full-time contract role for 6 weeks.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheet.

• Access to a laptop and cellphone with robust battery life.
