Overview

We are looking for an energized, smart, well-organized, and motivated mid-level operations specialist to join our Ops Team as a City Manager / On-site Manager. The role will involve managing the distribution of flyers operations in downtown and potentially regionally.

In Short

• Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure performance standards.
• Draft weekly rosters and analyze distribution data.
• Responsible for city mapping and identifying optimal locations for flyering.
• Maintain inventory of campaign materials.
• Ensure operations run according to company standards.
• Work both onsite and remotely, managing operations effectively.
• Engage in continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.
• Report daily to the Ops team and take onsite decisions.
