City Manager / On-site Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently on the hunt for an energized, smart, well-organized, and motivated mid-level operations specialist to join our Ops Team as a City Manager / On-site Manager. The role will be to manage distribution of flyers operations in downtown and potentially regionally.

In Short

• Manage distribution of flyers operations.
• Onsite management of Brand Ambassadors.
• Draft weekly rosters for Brand Ambassadors.
• Analyze distribution data with Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Map the city for effective flyering distribution.
• Manage inventory of campaign materials.
• Ensure operations run as per standards.
• Work both onsite and remotely.
• Full-time contract for 6 weeks.
• Expected start: March.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a laptop and cellphone.
• Willingness to accept contract terms.
