Overview

Ophelia is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to join our team, focusing on improving the lives of patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) through compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

In Short

• Provide clinical care to stable patients with OUD and related psych disorders.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct follow-up visits and ensure patient compliance with treatment plans.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions.
• Document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM ET.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and/or New Jersey.
• Ability to provide patient-centered, non-judgmental care.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Comfortable in a remote telehealth environment.
• Ability to manage a large panel of patients independently.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with behavioral health interventions preferred.
• Commitment to improving patient care and outcomes.
