Ophelia is on a mission to help people end their opioid use and restore their quality of life. We provide evidence-based treatments for opioid use disorder (OUD) through a telehealth platform, and we are looking for a Licensed Clinical Care Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant licensed in New York.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience with vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Comfortable in a remote telehealth environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology.
• Ability to manage a large panel of patients independently.
• Familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial treatments.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
