Overview

The Account Manager for Demand Platforms at OpenX is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Demand-Side Platform (DSP) relationships, ensuring operational success and revenue performance.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-sized DSP partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to DSPs regarding their business models and goals.
  • Lead regular client calls and business reviews.
  • Monitor and optimize DSP revenue through performance analysis.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and campaign discrepancies.
  • Support onboarding and go-to-market planning for new DSP integrations.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess account performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent DSP needs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive optimization initiatives for improved performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of RTB and programmatic deal types.
  • Experience with DSP technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
