The Customer Success Manager at OpenSesame will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their training goals through effective account management and strategic initiatives.

Manage customer accounts and drive engagement.

Requirements
Experience in customer success or account management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight.
Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel as required.
Understanding of the eLearning industry is a plus.
