Overview

OpenSesame is seeking a Technical Lead to join our fully remote team, playing a vital role in evolving our eLearning platform. You will engage with teammates through Extreme Programming practices and help drive technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience in driving technical decisions and improving engineering culture.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 days a year.
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering results.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform is a plus.
