• Lead the design and implementation of ledger and reconciliation systems.
• Architect ledger platform for multiple currencies, banks, and geographies.
• Build a robust reconciliation platform for stablecoins and fiat.

• Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and tracing for operational visibility.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams.
• 7-9 years of backend engineering experience required.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and high-throughput financial systems.
• Experience with distributed systems and fault-tolerance.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of backend engineering experience with Rust, Go, and/or TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, event-sourcing, and high-throughput financial systems.
• Proven experience owning and scaling financial ledger systems in production.
• Strong background in building reliable, distributed systems with fault-tolerance in mind.
• Advanced knowledge of observability tooling and operational excellence practices.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
