Solutions Engineer, Midmarket and Enterprise - Remote

Overview

The Technical Success team is responsible for the customer experience on both the OpenAI API platform as well as the ChatGPT Enterprise product, ensuring developers and enterprises maximize benefit, value, and adoption from our highly-capable models.

In Short

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience for Midmarket and Enterprise prospects.
• Provide technical expertise and outline value propositions.
• Demonstrate how OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT meet business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales processes.
• Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation and purchasing.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions.
• Manage C-level technical and business relationships.
• Understand IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
• Translate business and technical topics to all audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Experience with Generative AI and traditional ML solutions.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end.
• Humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues.
