The Program Manager, M&A Recruiting will manage cross-functional teams from diligence through onboarding in M&A deals, shaping the future of OpenAI by bringing in mission-aligned talent.

In Short

  • Design and lead the M&A People workstream program.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in program management within M&A.

  • Ownership and enthusiasm for technology.
  • Proven success with high-profile hires.
  • Ability to context-switch and operate at altitude.
  • Familiarity with technical hiring in research or machine learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
