Senior Program Officer, Abundance and Growth Fund - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Program Officer to lead strategy and grantmaking on our new Abundance and Growth Fund, with a commitment of at least $120 million over the next three years.

• Lead strategy and grantmaking for the Abundance and Growth Fund.

• Support and manage the Innovation Policy team.
• Engage in policy reform and advocacy efforts.

• Ensure a strong analytical approach to grant opportunities.
• Work remotely with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth-focused areas.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and support a team.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to engage with diverse perspectives.
