Overview

The Salesforce Technical Project Manager at Open Philanthropy will lead the management of Salesforce projects, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project management experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellence in stakeholder communication and relationship building.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Certified Project/Product Managers and/or Salesforce professionals.
• Track record of creating and improving processes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and process design.
• Alignment with Open Philanthropy's mission.
