Overview

The Senior Growth Product Manager will be responsible for driving TripleTen's business growth by validating ideas and launching new educational programs aimed at increasing revenue and student enrollment.

• Own the testing and launching of new programs from hypothesis to sales launch.
• Conduct market and audience research to identify new revenue-driving courses.
• Manage the backlog for testing new products.
• Run demand tests in Acquisition and Sales.
• Find Product-Market Fit for new offerings.

• Launch new products with effective communication and sales strategies.
• Test hypotheses related to existing product adjustments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product ownership/management with experience in launching new products.
• Experience in EdTech and startups is a plus.
• Understanding of the EdTech market and U.S. job market.
• Proven ability to test hypotheses and launch products successfully.
• Experience in conducting various market research independently or with teams.
• Knowledge of product analytics.
• Ability to present growth metric results and recommendations effectively.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
