In Short

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of events.
• Research and create new conference topics.
• Write agendas and recruit speakers.
• Develop event marketing and sales strategies.
• Support Audience Development team.
• Plan and execute the life cycle for finance events.
• Minimum sign up of 10 delegates per assignment.
• Conduct research on potential attendees and speakers.
• Establish relationships with industry leaders.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of conference production or related experience.
• Sales experience.
• Client relations experience.
• Excellent networking and information gathering abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Superior writing skills.
• Leadership ability in an entrepreneurial setting.
