Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with EOR services is required.
• Proven success in recruiting for various technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use metrics and analytics for recruitment decisions.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
