Senior Product Manager - Risk Intelligence - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead a product area with clear ownership and accountability, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver impactful features and seamless experiences. Your work will directly impact Fortune 1000 clients and global security teams who rely on Ontic to make critical decisions every day.

• Set and own the long-term vision and strategy for your product area.
• Lead product discovery efforts including customer interviews and validation cycles.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI or automation within your product area.
• Translate user feedback into actionable requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on product launches.
• Define and track success metrics for product health.
• Run retrospectives and product health reviews for continuous improvement.
• Refine team processes to improve delivery outcomes.
• Mentor Associate and mid-level PMs on execution and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience setting product vision and aligning teams.
• Strong discovery skills to translate insights into solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features.
• Proficiency in defining product metrics for decision-making.
• Comfortable in agile environments with fast-moving teams.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing diverse audiences.
• Experience mentoring other PMs or leading by example.
• Familiarity with security or risk management is a plus.
