In Short

  • Act as a contact for product and technical questions at Onpreo to ensure our customers love our product and company.
  • Develop solutions to sustainably train customers in the effective use of our product.
  • Continuously increase customer value by initiating upsells and cross-sells for our SaaS solutions.
  • Optimize and automate our Customer Success processes with the product team.
  • Coordinate perfect onboarding and comprehensive coaching for new customers.
  • Communicate and coordinate customer requests to our product team for continuous software development.
  • Develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success department further.
  • Qualify existing customers based on upselling potential and present new products and features.
  • Act as a partner and technical advisor for customers regarding the use of our software.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or ticketing system to quickly resolve questions and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to see quick results.
  • Software affinity with experience in software solutions like Userpilot or Intercom preferred.
  • Ability to recognize where processes can be made more efficient.
  • Experience in customer contact and enjoy communication with customers.
