Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing solutions or escalating them.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and tracking order statuses.
  • Accurately input and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining high customer service levels.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
