We are looking for a commercial clerk for accounting to strengthen our agency. As a privately owned online marketing agency, we help our clients achieve digital visibility through tailored strategies.

In Short

• Processing orders and ensuring timely handling of incoming orders.
• Data maintenance and entry in our ERP system.
• Supporting accounting with commission accounting and other tasks.
• Providing telephone customer support and assisting with office organization.
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification with 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and a strong affinity for the internet.
• High level of organizational skills, structure, and determination.
• Friendly and reliable personality with customer and team-oriented thinking.
• Fluent in German, with English skills being an advantage.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexibly, either in the office or remotely.
• Flexible working hours outside of core hours from 10 AM to 4 PM.
• Good project planning to minimize overtime, with full compensation for any that occurs.
